Prof. Olabode Agunbiade is a distinguished Nigerian economist, chartered accountant, finance expert, management consultant, trainer, academic scholar, and motivational speaker with over 35 years of unbroken professional experience spanning accounting, banking, consulting, and academia.

He began his career with two Big 4 accounting firms - Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, now KPMG - before serving at the Financial Institutions Training Centre, senior banking roles, Manchester City Council in the United Kingdom, and the Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja.

He is currently Deputy Vice Chancellor and Professor of Development and Public Sector Economics at Mewar International University, Masaka, Nasarawa State. His academic interests include development economics, public sector economics, transportation and infrastructure economics, fiscal policy, and institutional governance.
